We are looking for anApplication Support for an international project!Syone Client is a French Bank, one ofthe 10 largest banks in the world, in Portugal has a large part of its IT operation with 7 thousand peopleworking in IT services for all Group. Recently distinguished by Linkedin as one of the best companies in Portugal for career growth What you'll do: Manage incidents according to Service Delivery ITIL Standards, and in coordination with other teams, including production teams; Monitor environments and KPIs; Identify recurring Issues and service Request and define action plans to reduce them; Understand the application landscape, develop expertise of the application/s and understand various interfaces involved; Define new practices/processes when needed; Write new procedures and ensure their collective ownership. What you will need to bring: MSc or BSc; Good understanding of SQL; Good understanding of Linux; Knowledge and/or experience of the financial services industry; Fluent in English;Excellent communication skills. What will be valued : Good understanding of the ITIL norm and practices; Working experience withUnix and its standard command.
