Thus, you will be part of a multicultural team that is spread across more than 50 countries and help develop solutions in one of these three areas: investments, business solutions, or commercial/personal services.We are looking for an Application Support to work on this project in Lisbon.Requirements:Previous experience working with Linux/UNIX and Windows Systems;Experience with ServiceNow and ITIL;Knowledge of Geneos and Dynatrace;Experience with SQL and Oracle;Fluent in English.Responsibilities:Provide support to all users of the system in a timely and efficient manner;Liaise with the developers to communicate issues raised by the business;Track issues using ITIL methodology;Maintain a knowledge base regarding support issues and their resolution;Reconfigure various existing setups to improve the efficiency of the system and to adhere to business requests;Prepare environments for releases and ensure that the implementation and pre-production tests are carried out.We offer:Health insurance;A personalized training plan, with a budget to spend on the training and technical books you find necessary;Constant feedback so you can grow professionally;Remote onboarding process;Team events every semester so you can live new adventures;Culture of proximity and transparency.
