Thus, you will be part of a multicultural team that is spread across more than 50 countries and you will help develop solutions in one of these three areas: investments, business solutions or commercial/personal services.We are looking for an Application Support to work in this project in Lisbon.Requirements:- Bachelor's Degree in computer science or computer engineering;- 5+ years of experience in IT, with at least 1+ years of experience in supporting Triple'A and 2+ years of experience as IT Analyst / Business Analyst;- Professional experience of Triple'A functionalities, such as: Valuations, Operations, Performance Analysis, and Order Management;- Knowledge of Linux, Shell, SQL, PL/SQL, and ITIL;- Knowledge of MQ, Tomcat, Jira, and Service Now is a significant plus;- Fluent in English.Responsibilities:- Provide functional support and technical support;-Adhere to Service Level objective target and roadmap;- Escalate timely to the management on possible risks or issues;- Contribute to the knowledge articles.
