Responsibilities:
Prioritize and handle service requests and incidents;
Ensure the performance of daily health checks of the applications, scripts, and infrastructure by support team;
Handle late night and weekend emergency support on as required;
Process issues and provide relevant information for troubleshooting or for clarification;
Improving and documenting the technical processes around application support;
Installing, configuring, and administering application servers.
Requirements:
Bachelor's and/or Master's in Computer Science or similar;
+7 years of experience working in IT Operations / Application Support / Support Engineer;
Experience in Service management, team management andreporting;
Understand diferent concepts in programming languages (Java and Angular);
Availability to travel to other locations when required;
Availability to work in shifts;
Good level of English (at least C1).
Nice to have:
Experience in monitoring tools (i.e. Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Datadog);
Knowledge or Experience in containerization (Kubernetes), Cloud (Azure, AWS, others) and automation (Azure DevOps, Jenkins);
Experience in Weblogic Administration and in relational databases.
