InnoWave is looking for an Application Support Analyst to integrate our team.The person needs to be available to work hybrid in the Lisbon area.Application Support AnalystResponsibilitiesFocused mainly on process development and automationApplication SupportDevelop tools and processes in the scope of service managementAnalyze, document, and improve internal processes and toolsKnow the application flows and their functional analysisSkillsDegree in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, or similar areasGood knowledge of Java and SQLGood knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell Script)Experience in using Ansible, Kibana, Grafana, Jira, and ConfluenceExperience in application supportExcellent capacity to work autonomously or integrated in a teamGood problem-solving and analytical skillsProactivity and ability to adapt in a context in which priorities often changeDeveloped sense of responsibility, oriented to customer solutions and associated improvementsFluent in English - written and spoken (mandatory)
