Essential skills - At least 10 years' experience in a similar role;- Proven experience in a Windows environment (Power Shell, Active Directory, Event logs);- Strong knowledge of network concepts and balancers;- Good knowledge of the ITIL standard (practices, incident management, changes and requests);- Good knowledge of English.
