Oversee and enhance the sales and marketing applications PIM/MAM (4AllPortal, Oracle PDH/CMS) and CRM (Salesforce.com). Carry out requirements management, configuring applications, and design and modify data models, user interfaces, and system interfaces. Manage releases and changes, including conducting functional tests. Ensure documentation and quality control within your area of responsibility. Conduct training for employees on the application.
