App Support Engineer W/ French

We are looking for Application Support Engineer to become part (through direct contract) of one of the most important banks in France and Europe at their Digital HUB in Porto, Portugal. You will work in a completely international environment, with the latest technologies, and you will be part of high-performance teams. At this moment, we are looking for two profiles to join as soon as possible (relocation is offered for candidates from other countries ). Mission You will be expected to develop technical and functional knowledge and handle support for applications and batches, to be proactive towards incident management and about identifying effective solutions to recurrent incidents, to continuously improve and automate procedures, to keep documentation up to date and to keep up with the dev team with regular follow-ups. Requirements Minimum 4 years of experience on IT Project, web applications, manage migration from websphere to jboss for example. Good experience in IT web project based on 3-tier architecture. Good knowledge on both Linux and Windows environments. Good knowledge of scripting languages (Shell, Python). Good knowledge of monitoring tools for web and java applications (Zabbix, Grafana, AppDynamics, ELK…). Good knowledge of security: SSL certificates, reverse proxy, load balancing, firewall, active directory… General knowledge of deployment tools (GIT, Jenkins, XL Deploy, XL Release, Bitbucket, Artifactory, Openshift, Docker…) Good knowledge of ControlM/VTOM (or other scheduler). Good networking knowledge. Offer Permanent contract directly with end client. International environment. Relocation pack. Hybrid teleworking: 8 days a month at the office (minimum 1 per week).
