The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in using APIs, configuring products, and improving service for our fastest growing product. This role is perfect for someone looking to gain hands-on experience and build a career in product engineering. The focus will be on ensuring the delivery of services and collaborating with senior developers to learn and implement new techniques.Key Responsibilities:Configuring products and delivering new environments for customers hosted on our platform.Assist customers with new technical deliveries.Assisting the senior product and development teams with all aspects of debugging, operational quality, and other duties.Working to analyze and identify bugs and implementing methods to fix them.Monitoring and analyzing the overall product performance.Efficiently responding to requests for assistance in multiple technical activities within the product domain.Investigating and liaising with colleagues that engage with customers to improve function and end user experience.Deliver in-depth analysis of product improvement that warrants prioritizing within senior developer sprint.Improving our testing and quality assurance to ensure the best and most reliable delivery.Attend team and product meetings, collaborate in planning and gains of efficiency.Enhance software development knowledge and become a key contributor.Requirements1 - 5 years of hands-on experience working within technical teams.Basic programming experience and knowledge of coding languages.Engineering Degree is a plus, but we will consider you if you demonstrate strong work experience.Hungry and eager to learn new software, products, and technologies.Comfortable with switching product focus.Understands the importance of managing expectations on a daily basis.Very clear and transparent communication in English.Comfortable working with senior individuals and contributing actively.Exposure to internal and external facing projects.Instinct for troubleshooting and problem solving.Eagerness to understand the end-to-end solution design and reasoning behind certain events.Holds great regard for quality and care.Why 1GLOBAL?Embarking on a journey with 1GLOBAL is an opportunity to be a part of a team that's shaping the future of telecommunications and technology.
