Date: 3 Sep 2024 Location: Lisbon, PT Company: Miniclip Job Description Miniclip is looking for an Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Manager to form part of our shared services finance team in our Lisbon (PT) Office, which provides services to the various Miniclip Studios. This is a full-time position, reporting to the Head of Finance Operations and Internal Controls. Please apply only if you have the right to work in Portugal. What will you be doing at Miniclip? Manage and supervise a team of 4 individuals including planning/executing/improving regular monthly processes and setting priorities as appropriate. Ensure policies, practices and procedures are understood and followed by direct reports. Maintain quality control to ensure that accounting transactions comply with financial policies and procedures. Assist the team and interact with other departments in problem solving and issue resolution in a timely manner. Maintain and monitor internal control compliance in the day-to-day operations. Direct the processing of invoices and claim expenses, proper handling and coding to meet internal and external deadlines. Oversee the recording and collection of customer invoices, ensuring accurate and prompt processing and payment. Set goals and objectives for team members to drive their development and performance. Foster team spirit and commitment to shared vision and goals. What are we looking for? 3-5 years of experience managing and supervising a Finance Operations team. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration. Global knowledge in Finance processes and exposure to best practice in a large Shared Services Centre environment. Excellent teamwork, strong communication, and collaborative mindset skills, comfortable in dealing with all levels of the organization. Strong time management and organizational skills. Results and quality oriented. High degree of attention to detail. Ability to work independently and effectively prioritize tasks. Fluent in English, written and spoken (mandatory). Experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus. Solid MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Advanced Excel, Power Query, and Power BI are valued.
