Here, prepare yourself to conquer your goals, while enjoying the journey.  We are currently looking for  Android Enterprise, Partner, and Customer Engineering (Community Coordinator / Manager):   Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience Job Description:  Customers that use Android come in all shapes and sizes, and no one solution works for all.
We are on a mission to create a central home for customers setting up, managing and using Android for work to receive guidance, learn and collaborate.  The Community Coordinator will play a vital role in growing and fostering engagement in the community.
Your ability to keep the big picture in focus as well as juggle many different things at once will be crucial in helping to drive the community to success, as a key resource for our customers.
Job responsibilities: ·       Carry out the daily running of the Android Enterprise Customer Community, ensuring that the community remains a healthy and inviting place to be part of.
Dealing with any SPAM, reported posts and any potential member conflict.
·       Engage with members in the community and via direct messages.
Always on the lookout for opportunities to build relationships.  ·       Coordinating with TAMs to answer any unanswered questions and escalate any issues that have been reported by members through the appropriate channels.  ·       Manage the end-to-end operations; uploading monthly stats to Salesforce, swag distribution and regular check ins with the PEs.
o   Collaborate with the Senior Community Manager on adapting the program to specifically fit the needs of the community.   ·       Support the Customer Success team in gathering and reporting on metrics / insights.  ·       Proactively support engagement content creation, writing and scheduling.
Identify opportunities to create resources that help and engage our customers.  ·       Manage multiple, competing priorities in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
Ability to work independently and proactively.
Happy to carry out tasks that are repetitive in nature.   ·       Nice to have; working knowledge of Khoros Community Platform and a knowledge of Mobility a real advantage.
Languages: English (C1) Location will be   Lisbon, and they need to be onsite 3 times per week, with a possibility to increase to 5 days a week in the future.
