We add value by supporting and advising NAM value chain on corporate legal matters. This includes providing support and legal advice relating to the legal structures, general company law matters and business expansion of NAM. As an Analyst in our team, you'll play a valuable role in setting up and monitoring on an ongoing basis the corporate requirements of the NAM legal entities, interacting with all parts of the organisation, as well as developing and improving our reporting solutions and processes. We strive to automate all reporting tasks to enable us to work primarily on exception handling, on conducting reviews of existing solutions and on implementing new reporting initiatives.What you'll be doing:Set-up and maintain an overview of the corporate reporting requirements of NAM legal entitiesStay up-to-date of the regulatory environment affecting the NAM legal entitiesInteract and coordinate with stakeholders internally and externally to ensure timely submission of corporate reportingParticipate in maintenance, improvements and developments of our reporting solutions and processesYou'll join an international and diverse environment, where there are development opportunities, both in your career and on a personal level.
