Nordea Asset Management (NAM) is the centre of investment management in the Nordea Group and in the Asset & Wealth Management division. About this opportunity
Welcome to the Corporate Advisory team. We add value by supporting and advising NAM value chain on corporate legal matters. This includes providing support and legal advice relating to the legal structures, general company law matters and business expansion fo NAM. As an Analyst in our team, you'll play a valuable role in setting up and monitoring on an ongoing basis the corporate requirements of the NAM legal entities, interacting with all parts of the organisation, as well as developing and improving our reporting solutions and processes. We strive to automate all reporting tasks to enable us to work primarily on exception handling, on conducting reviews of existing solutions and on implementing new reporting initiatives.
What you'll be doing:
Set-up and maintain an overview of the corporate reporting requirements of NAM legal entities
Stay up-to-date of the regulatory environment affecting the NAM legal entities
Interact and coordinate with stakeholders internally and externally to ensure timely submission of corporate reporting
Participate in maintenance, improvements and developments of our reporting solutions and processes

The Corporate Advisory team spread around Sweden, Luxembourg and Portugal and we are currently looking for a new colleague for the Portugal office. We work out of a newly renovated office in Quinta da Fonte with an international vibe and monthly social events such as barbeques and sport initiatives like beach volley and Pilates.
The role is based in Oeiras.

Your experience and background:
Have a university degree within finance, law, economics or similar
Interest and basic IT skills (MS office tool)
Have experience in a BIG 4 company and worked in the regulatory space is an asset
Fluent in English, both speaking and writing
Have the ability to work well within a team, as well as with other teams across the organisation
