Working Place: Sonae Sierra's Central Offices in Maia Requirements Degree in Economics, Management or similar Between 1 to 3 years of experience in Auditing, Financial Controlling, Reporting or similar Previous experience in Big4 would be a plus Knowledge and interest in financial accounting matters Advanced knowledge of Excel and SAP knowledge would be a plus Solid problem-solving/logic reasoning and good analytical skills Critical stance, proactivity, and attention to detail Organizational and planning capabilities, having the ability to work in a dynamic environment with changing circumstances Good communication and relational skills, being comfortable working independently as well as in a team Responsibilities: Preparation and analysis of the consolidated accounts of a business unit(s)/companies, through a management perspective, to be reported on a quarterly basis to the Board of Directors, or other clients; Perform ad-hoc analyses according to the needs of the several stakeholders, which include Board, business unit(s) representatives and shareholders; Business understanding: keeps track of ongoing business performance by performing analysis to support decision making process; Regular contact with business unit(s) representatives to know which business events might impact the financial statements and answer their doubts regarding the delivered reports; Assist the business unit(s) on the budgeting process and 5-year strategic plan (from the financial perspective).
