ROLE SUMMARY: The Analyst is a pivotal role within Inspired Education, charged with designing, implementing, and optimizing essential business processes. Working closely with the Group COO, the Analyst will drive the strategic transformational agenda of the Group. This position entails collaborating with cross-functional teams to comprehend existing processes, redesign workflows, implement data structures, and leverage IT tools for transformation. Additionally, the Analyst will conduct critical analyses and generate reports to support informed business decisions on a weekly basis. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Workflow Design and Implementation: Analyze and map existing processes for key business functions to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to co-design and develop efficient workflows, clearly defining steps, tasks, and responsibilities for all stakeholders. Design and develop data structures and interfaces that support optimized workflows and ensure seamless integration with existing systems. Implement redesigned workflows and data structures using IT tools like Excel, Airtable, and other relevant software to enhance operational efficiency. Reporting Tools Development: Work closely with managers to understand and define the reporting needs of various business areas. Design customized reports that address specific requirements, ensuring they provide actionable insights. Develop and implement automated reporting processes using tools such as PowerBI, enabling real-time data analytics and reporting to support decision-making. Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Create detailed documentation for all processes, data structures, and reporting tools to ensure clarity and consistency
