We are in search of an Analyst Developer with solid expertise in IBM i (AS/400) operating system, proficient in RPG IV and CL programming and good knowledge of SQL. This individual will play a crucial role in our ADM (Application and Development and Maintenance) team.
The ideal candidate must possess excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
The primary focus will be on an Investment Banking core application, involving responsibilities such as analysis, development, testing, clear and concise documentation creation, and regular status reporting on activities. Our projects operate under Agile/Scrum methodology, and we expect the candidate to be a collaborative team member while also demonstrating autonomy and proactiveness.
Must Have:
Solid knowledge in the IBM i (AS/400) operating system (Minimum 3 years of professional Experience)
Expertise in RPG IV (both fixed and free format) and CL programming, including DSPF (display files) (Minimum 3 years of professional Experience)
Good knowledge of SQL, particularly in a DB2 environment
Strong oral and written skills in English
Nice to Have:
Academic background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Experience in the field of Investment Banking, particularly with the Olympic banking system
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology and Jira
Qualifications Technical Skills:
Proven experience of analyzing, specification writing and software development, with a minimum of 3 years related experience.
