Job Description Analyze and map business processes to identify and propose functional improvements; Collaborate with development teams to ensure the implementation of appropriate technological solutions; Prepare functional documentation, technical specifications, and progress reports; Conduct user acceptancetesting (UAT) and validate the fulfillment of defined requirements; Provide user support ingathering needs and resolving functional issues. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Management, IT, Engineering, or related fields; 1-3 years of experiencein functional analysis or similar roles; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum is a plus); #J-18808-Ljbffr
