- Experience in similar IT support positions, ideally in the financial sector;
- Experience in ITIL processes and ITSM tools;
- Knowledge on Azure Application Insights;
- Experience with SQL queries for data retrieval and manipulation;
- Knowledge of Atlassian Collaboration Tools (Jira/Confluence);
- Fluency in English (mandatory);
