Our employees come from a variety of backgrounds within research, healthcare, industry, and the academic sphere.Job DescriptionBe the commercial owner of ALTUVOCT to fully express product potential in line with Sobi ambition, managing the ALTUVOCT brand lead and coordinating in dotted line the HA Sr Product Manager, in close cross-functional collaboration with Sobi Global teams, country/regional teams, and Sanofi.Manage the ALTUVOCT commercial brand team, including the ALTUVOCT Brand Lead and in dotted lines the Haemophilia Sr Product Manager, in close partnership with the VP, Head of Haemophilia to secure strategies are successfully developed and timely executed to realize product potential and support countries activities.Own directly or through the ALTUVOCT Commercial team, day-to-day brand marketing activities in alignment with major milestones, budget, and defined KPIs.Lead the Global Enterprise/Brand Team (GET) for ALTUVOCT, including cross-functional representatives from Market Access, Medical, Patient Access, Regulatory, Tech Ops, Business Intelligence, Finance and align team output to an integrated strategy for the brand.Drive the development and coordinate the implementation of Global cross-functional Brand Strategy, positioning and communication, congress strategy, KOL management, including Geographical Expansion and Training plan across all regions, affiliates, and Sobi markets during all phases of ALTUVOCT life cycle, funneled into the Global Commercialization Plan.Partner strategically and operationally with the VP, Head of Haemophilia, CAT Lead in daily activities and specific processes (e.G. LRP, EPR/SPR/ExCom reviews, CEO Meetings).Build and nurture a fruitful partnership with Affiliates to gather key insights and provide them with strategic guidance and tactical support to ensure local successful launch preparation and execution in line with business opportunities and needs.Engage with external stakeholders (e.G. KOLs) to set the best foundation to realize ALTUVOCT ambition.Control of External Expenses, promotion, advertisement maximizing Sobi resources and in alignment with financial requirements and forecasting control. Ensure product(s) A&P stays within budget.Represent commercial function in the Core Asset Team (CAT), as a permanent member.
