If you are/have ...2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role; Advanced theoretical and practical knowledge of valuation principles and techniques (income, market, and asset based approach) with regards to business valuation; Strong analytical skills, problem solver, detail-oriented, entrepreneurial, autonomous and enjoying working in a multi-cultural environment; Ability to researchand analyse pertinent client, industry, and financial matters, while demonstrating strong technical and analytical skills; Being flexible whenadapting to changing client needs and market conditions; Ability to manage multiple threads of tasks and / or engagements; Proven ability to mentor and guide junior team members, and contribute to a collaborative team environment; Sound knowledge of recognized valuation guidelines, such as IPEV guidelines or IVS; Sound knowledge of industry software's and tools (i.E.
