WHAT DOES A REAL ESTATE AGENT DO?
Prospecting and analysing the property market;
Focusing on property acquisition, brokerage, and sales/leasing;
Expanding the network of clients (owners/buyers) and partners;
Monitoring the entire sales process;
Comparative market studies;
Organising and carrying out property visits;
Counselling owners and buyers throughout the process;
Empathy, support and professionalism in dealing with each client.
Requirements:
Candidate profile:
Proficiency in Portuguese and English;
Commercial skills;
Customer-oriented;
Communication and negotiation skills;
Entrepreneurial and motivated to achieve goals;
Willing to work 100% on a fee basis;
Availability to work in the region mentioned.
