Job Description Job description: The Technology Architecture team plays a key role driving the technology landscape and it's responsible for ensuring that its technological strategy meets the challenges of the department.
The Technology Architecture team operates in this dynamic, international, bilingual English-French environment.
Main Tasks: Advise and guide on AI strategy and solutions; Prepare appropriate oral and written communications on AI related topics for technical and senior management audiences; Contribute to the assessment of initiatives which require the need of Artificial Intelligence; Contribute, mentor, lead and advise Artificial Intelligence initiatives from a technical and governance standpoint; Ensure coherence between IA processing requirements and corresponding infrastructure capacity, leveraging on monitoring and other sources; Contribute to the respect of Responsibility, Ethical, Efficiency and Security principles on AI; Critical thinking to challenge technical designs and solutions, while applying a mature enterprise architect approach; Competitive Intelligence in product and solution selection among different providers and identify key differentiator factors. Qualifications Technical Skills: Solid knowledge and experience on Artificial Intelligence topics (ML, LLM, GenAI, RAG, VectorDB, ...) and projects; Knows and understands the differences between the different LLMs, which is best solution for a given Use Case; Proven Technology Architect expertise - experience in several programming languages, knowledge around architecture patterns and principles, DevSecOps, etc.
; Expertise on Cloud Solutions, KaaS, IaaS and PaaS hosting solutions; Ability to understand the scope and purpose of an application and propose/guide the team to comply with the adequate principles, guidelines and patterns; Abstract and Analytical Thinking in order to assess if a technical design meets the organization standards; Ability to synthesize, organize and present reports to Management.
