Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related field;
Minimum 3 years of experience as an Agile Coach;
Certification in Scrum (CSM) will be valued;
Knowledge of JIRA/Clarizen will be valued;
Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills;
Capacity for creativity and innovation;
Good English level.
