Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:

* Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related field;
* Minimum 3 years of experience as an Agile Coach;
* Certification in Scrum (CSM) will be valued;
* Knowledge of JIRA/Clarizen will be valued;
* Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills;
* Capacity for creativity and innovation;
* Good English level.
