Participate in the scrum of scrum activities, and execute with the other 2 scrum masters and the transformation program manager the PMO improvement activities. Execute the activities required by the transformation program manager to identify opportunities for improvement to processes and drive the changes of processes within the squad as needed. Goals:Act as a scrum master managing a squad and ensuring a smoth delivery of the productDefine best practices and ways of work with the public cloud team to ensure continuous improvement of the workParticipate in the scrum of scrum activities and execute with the other 2 scrum masters and the transformation program manager the PMO improvement activitiesExecute the activities required by the transformation program manager to identify opportunities for improvement to processes and drive the changes of processes within the squad as needed ..Raise risks and issues to the transformation program manager whenever there is no authority of the team to resolve the issues or when there are risks that can impact the customer commitments
