What we're looking for: Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory);
Expertise in car mechatronics (experience valued);
Strong customer orientation;
Planning and organization skills;
Domain of computer tools;
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: You'll be at the heart of B-Parts customer success team, empowering the circular economy.
Managing customer claims and returns for B2B and B2C customers;
Being the technical support to evaluate guarantees and exchanges;
Dealing with heavy mechanical complaints;
Helping fulfil purchase exchanges for customers;
Providing information on logistical issues;
Ensuring customer satisfaction, and following up all steps and timings of orders;
Tasks are carried out in writing, so well-developed written communication skills are a must;
Being problem-solving oriented.
