After Sales Service Manager - South of Portugal (m/f/d) Your qualifications In addition to possessing a strategic and hands-on mindset, along with a strong customer focus, this dynamic position requires:

A minimum of 3 years' relevant experience as a technician in an industrial setting, with prior leadership experience.
A Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent. Proficiency with MS Office, CRM systems, PHC, and ideally SAP. Excellent communication skills with fluency in Portuguese and English (both spoken and written). Strong organizational and time management skills, adept at managing diverse situations and prioritizing tasks efficiently. Que funções irão desempenhar Your key responsibilities include:
Leading a team of 8-10 field service technicians, you will oversee both strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations to enhance the company's after sales and service operations.
Ensuring high team performance and efficiency using various KPIs. Overseeing service activities such as scheduling, resource allocation, and spare parts management. You will also play a key role in approving technical suppliers to ensure high standards of service delivery. With a focus on financial management, you will be responsible for pricing service contracts and managing internal costs and warranties. Acting as the go-to-person, you will support your team in resolving client and technical issues, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and providing assistance to the various Kärcher branches.
