After Sales Internship

Responsibilities:Provide technical advice by phone and email to end consumers, distributors, installers, and all types of professionals in the sector;The advice will be pre-sales, during the installation of the products, and post-sales;When necessary, coordinate external Technical Services to perform repair or maintenance interventions for customers;Manage the technical documentation of the After Sales Department and workshop/training events;Manage SAP data entry and support stock control;Other tasks related to the management and operation of the Technical Assistance Service.Your Profile:University degree in Engineering or Superior/Middle Cycle Training;Service-oriented, patient, well-mannered, tidy, curious, eager to learn, and proactive;Experience in customer service and dealing with various interlocutors is highly valued;Ability to work in a team and autonomously;Proficient in office automation tools;Medium level of English is very valuable.If you are interested in this position, please apply with your CV in English.
