LOCATION
This is a fixed term contract position in Portugal to cover a team member's family leave. We have an office hub in Porto available for those who prefer a hybrid model where you can spend time with colleagues in-person.
You will need to be able to commute to our office hub as required from time to time.
WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
As an Affiliate Coordinator, you'll be a key player in our dynamic Growth team, working closely with the Affiliate Manager, agencies and team members to drive the success of our affiliate program.
This role offers a great opportunity to contribute to the growth of our affiliate channel while gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced environment.
You'll balance both strategic and operational tasks.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Day-to-day operational and departmental administration.
Maintenance of affiliate products.
Monitoring Affiliate performance and fraud.
Coordinating promotional campaigns.
Help the team research and grow a large portfolio of clients.
Building and managing relationships with new and existing affiliates.
Provide administrative and affiliate support.
Accounts and payment management for a smooth sale process.
Being a point of contact to the affiliate network.
Updating weekly/daily reports across all markets.
Affiliate onboarding management.
Organising market research.
Work closely with the Affiliate team to execute strategy.
Managing the validation of sales within the channel.
Assist with various affiliate marketing projects.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Experience & Qualifications :
We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have:
A strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles, including tracking, reporting, and optimisation techniques.
Minimum 1 year affiliate and relationship management experience.
Strong communication skills in English and any other language.
Microsoft office skills required (Word, Excel).
Good time management.
Experience of managing relationships and delivering campaigns in line with KPI's.
Clear track record of operational success and great execution.
Structured approach at delivering requirements.
Strong organisational skills and ability to communicate and prioritise effectively.
This role requires a proactive and results-oriented individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
