Affiliate Manager (Remote), Lisbon

We are looking for a proactive and strategic Affiliate Manager to join our team. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a wide network of partners and maximise growth through effective affiliate programmes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing and experience in managing affiliate channels to drive business results.
Note: This role is remote from EMEA region Key ResponsibilitiesSeek and recruit new Affiliates/IBs while nurturing relationships with existing partners.Oversee and assess affiliate programs and their activities.Engage with clients to address inquiries and resolve any issues.Identify Affiliate/Traffic networks and negotiate partnerships for the affiliate program.Negotiate agreements with new affiliates or renew contracts with current partners.Develop proposals for potential affiliate partnerships based on projected returns on investment (ROI).Monitor affiliate websites for any fraudulent behavior or violations of policy, such as spamming or unauthorized disclosure of confidential information.Analyze sales reports to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and determine if they require improvement or discontinuation.Assess demographic data and statistics to identify emerging markets and new opportunities.Collaborate with the creative team to produce promotional materials for Affiliates targeted at specific geographical areas.Prepare marketing briefs to generate assets for campaigns and propose new campaign ideas or bonus offers for affiliates.Represent the company at international events such as exhibitions, meetups, and seminars.Skills and QualificationsFluency in English and one of the following languages: German, Russian, Spanish.1-2 years of experience in an Affiliate Manager position.A degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Media Buying, or a related field is advantageous.Proven background in Affiliate Marketing, particularly within FX brokerage.Strong understanding of affiliate and partner marketing channels.Excellent planning and project management capabilities.Familiarity with affiliate networks.Ability to work independently while adhering to tight deadlines.Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written), coupled with a curious and positive demeanor.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Willingness to travel for conferences and team meetings as necessary.What We OfferCompetitive remuneration package based on experience, skills, and performance.Join a dynamic, multilingual, multicultural, and creative team with a positive and friendly atmosphere.Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 09 AM - 06 PM.Service Agreement.Access to guidance and resources to help you reach your full potential.Why You Should Join Our TeamJoining our team means being part of a dynamic environment where your contributions have a direct impact on company success.
