We are seeking a proactive and strategic Affiliate Manager to join our team. This remote role presents an exciting opportunity to collaborate with a diverse network of partners and drive growth through effective affiliate programs. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital marketing and experienced in managing affiliate channels to achieve business objectives.
Note : This position is remote, open to candidates within the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities Affiliate Recruitment: Identify and recruit new affiliates / IBs, while nurturing relationships with existing partners.
Program Oversight: Manage and evaluate the performance of affiliate programs and activities.
Client Engagement: Address inquiries and resolve any issues raised by affiliates.
Partnership Development: Source and negotiate new affiliate partnerships or renew contracts with existing affiliates.
ROI Analysis: Develop proposals for affiliate partnerships based on projected returns on investment.
Policy Compliance: Monitor affiliate websites to detect fraudulent activity or violations of program policies (e.g., spamming, unauthorized disclosures).
Performance Evaluation: Analyze sales data to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and recommend improvements or discontinuation.
Market Identification: Use demographic data and statistics to pinpoint emerging markets and new business opportunities.
Collaborative Content Creation: Work with the creative team to develop region-specific promotional materials for affiliates.
Campaign Management: Prepare marketing briefs to generate campaign assets and propose new ideas or bonus offers to affiliates.
Representation: Represent the company at international events such as exhibitions, meetups, and seminars.
Requirements Experience & Education: 1-2 years of experience as an Affiliate Manager.
A degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Media Buying, or a related field is advantageous.
Proven background in Affiliate Marketing, especially in FX brokerage or related industries.
Technical Skills & Expertise: Strong understanding of affiliate and partner marketing channels.
Familiarity with affiliate networks and tools.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Language Skills: Fluency in English and German.
Soft Skills: Excellent planning and project management capabilities.
Ability to work independently while meeting tight deadlines.
Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written).
Curious and positive demeanor.
Travel: Willingness to travel for conferences and team meetings as required.
