Job Description & SummaryYour tasks: Manage projects – You advise leading companies in the design and implementation of HR projects with a focus on Learning & Development and Talent Management with regards to concepts, organizational design, processes as well as technologies;Develop solutions – For our clients, you and your team work on digitalization and improvement of human resources management – from concept to implementation;Stay ahead - You contribute to the further development of our digital competences and innovative solutions and drive product development and thought leadership initiatives;Acquire projects – As a sales talent, you are involved in the acquisition of our consulting projects and contribute to the further development of our value proposition and our positioning in the market. Depending on your professional experience, you will independently prepare offers and manage offer processes;Bear responsibility – You act as (partial) project manager internally and externally and take on (initial) management tasks;Take advantage of career opportunities – You benefit from excellent career prospects in a dynamic and fast-growing environment.Your profile: You have completed your studies in economics, psychology, or social sciences with above-average success and have 2-3 years of professional experience in HR consulting or equivalent in HR with a focus on learning & development and/or talent;You have in-depth knowledge and experience in the development of HR organizational concepts for learning & development and talent management, content design and processes, and are well versed in trends and technologies in this area;Excellent conceptual and analytical skills, strong communication and presentation skills as well as a confident appearance are your hallmarks;You are a team player, open-minded, eager to learn, and enjoy sharing your knowledge;You enjoy contributing to the business development of your team and the company;You are equipped with excellent knowledge of the English language and MS Office skills in a counseling context.
