As an Advertisers Support, you will support Facebook and Instagram advertisers, helping them to grow in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
Advertisers and agencies contact Facebook to request post-sales assistance and/or troubleshooting guidance using this service.
Thus, your main purpose is to improve the Facebook advertising experience and satisfaction by resolving technical issues, reporting bugs, guiding the users on the platform and helping them to use its tools and features.
You will assist customers after they buy ads placements or use Facebook/Instagram products.
You will be part of a motivated and multilingual support team.
Responsibilities: Provide support to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) across multiple channels chat (live channel), email and phone.
(Outbound calls are mandatory for emails and highly recommended for chat, to ensure the query has been solved in a timely manner), both in Turkish and English; Provide pre- and post-sales support for all self-service products; Provide product and tool support to improve clients experience; Identify trends and solve problems facing multiple SMB clients.
Working hours: 40 Hours per week (8 hours per day with an additional lunch break hour) Rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday, between 07:00 00:00.
Holidays and Vacation: Since you sign a Portuguese employment contract, Portuguese public holidays apply.
If you are working on a Portuguese public holiday, you will get a compensation day that you can spend later under consent of the project.
In the 1st year of hiring and depending on the month in which you sign the contract, you are entitled to a proportional vacation, which can go up to a maximum of 20 days (1st year).
In the remaining cases, if there is nothing to the contrary (long-term leaves that last from 1 year to the other) 22 days apply, per calendar year worked/complete (next years).

Apartment Benefit (benefit-in-kind).
If you live in the apartment provided by the company, the benefit amount will appear in your payslip and declared for tax purposes (this amount is tax-free until 31st Dec 2026).
Health Insurance since day one of Employment Contract.
Meal Allowance. Income Tax and Social Security Tax.
Amounts to be withhold from your Total Gross Compensation (excluding meal allowance).
The applicable Income tax is subject to each employee profile (salary amount, number of children, marital status, etc.).
The Social Security tax is a flat-rate tax of 11%.
