Your Role: As an Advertisers Support Specialist for the Arabic market, you will provide technical support tailored to meet the needs of our clients, helping them to sustain and expand their businesses.
You will assist advertisers and agencies using our client's platforms, including Facebook and Instagram, offering post-sales assistance and troubleshooting guidance.
Key Responsibilities: - Provide support to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) across multiple channels chat, email, and phone.
- Convert email/chat cases into outbound calls to offer high-level support and ensure timely query resolution.
- Offer pre- and post-sales support for all self-service products.
- Assist advertisers in optimizing their use of Facebook Family Apps and Advertising Services.
- Resolve technical issues, report bugs, and guide users on platform features and tools.
- Identify trends and solve problems affecting multiple SMB clients.
- Work with multiple tools and handle multitasking efficiently.
Requirements: - Fluent in both Arabic and English.
- In possession of Residence Permit for Portugal or EU member state citizenship - Strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Excellent communication skills via email, chat, and phone.
- Customer-focused with a desire to provide exceptional support.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- Experience in a B2B support role is preferred but not mandatory.
Working Conditions: - 40 hours per week (8 hours per day with an additional lunch break hour).
- Rotational shift pattern, Monday to Sunday.
