The Global Monetization Integrity team ensures safe and quality experiences for Advertisers to enable TikTok in its mission to inspire joy and creativity. The team is responsible for creating scalable and reliable solutions that allow TikTok Advertisers and businesses to interact in a trustworthy manner, always working to anticipate and protect against threats. They will do so by creating ad policies, managing content review processes, and more. Main Responsibilities:Act as quality auditor across various service types and ensure high quality support for in-house and vendor ad moderation teams;Execute both quantitative and qualitative analyses of data and trends to proactively deliver insights, define goals, and drive improvements;Work closely with other departments and geographies, responding immediately to relevant quality related needs;Participate in quality calibrations with vendor teams to continuously drive their product and policy understanding, efficiency and support quality results;Participate in the development of quality inspection standards and continuously propose, drive and optimize the process and system platforms;Analyze large data sets, uncover actionable opportunity insights, and present action plans to key stakeholders;Contribute to strategic initiatives by bringing passion for customers, technical skill, and product expertise;QualificationsMinimum qualifications:Fluent in written and spoken required language plus business level English;Ability to work in fast and evolving workflows with an eye for detail;Excellent communication, strategic, statistical and analytical skills;Ability to analyze large data sets to uncover and recommend actionable insights;Computer fluency and understanding of software and advanced internet functions;Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality while meeting strict deadlines;Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience;Experience with policy, content moderation, or sales training;Quality audit and quality management related experiences; TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
