Job Description We are looking for a Change Management Consultant to join our team and contribute to the success of our organizational transformation initiatives.
This professional will play a central role in developing change projects, promoting adherence, capacity building, and engagement of all stakeholders.
Develop and implement change management strategies aligned with the client's and organization's objectives.
Conduct organizational impact analyses and identify potential barriers to change.
Design and implement communication plans to engage stakeholders in transformation processes.
Create customized educational materials, such as guides, presentations, and manuals, to support team training.
Plan and deliver in-person and online training sessions, ensuring alignment with employee needs.
Organize and conduct participatory workshops to foster collaboration and understanding of changes.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, adjusting approaches as necessary.
Promote best practices in change management and share knowledge with multidisciplinary teams.
Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in change management, training, or similar roles Advanced use of MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel) CCP - Certificate of Pedagogical Competence/former CAP (preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in dynamic environments and manage multiple priorities Experience in designing and facilitating workshops and training sessions Proficiency in creating educational content using tools like PowerPoint, Canva, among others Knowledge of project management methodologies and collaboration tools will be valued Additional Information Location: Porto or Lisbon
