Company DescriptionBright International School - Algarve (Cambridge International School) seeks a Admissions Officer to guide new families through the first steps from the inquiry up to definitive enrolment of new students for Early Years, Primary Years and Lower Secondary Years. Background in Hospitality is highly valued.Role DescriptionThe Admissions Officer at Bright International School - Algarve must advise new prospective families on the enrolment process, transparently showing details of the School's structure, facilities, curriculum and everyday operation, and assessing whether the School and the prospective Family are a good fit, always keeping a close communication with the different heads of programme and school board, as well as collecting and organising new students' documents and details.The Admissions Officer should be the embodiment of the school's core values: Care, Hospitality and Multiculturalism and will be conducting family visits to the school as well as setting up calls with prospective students.This role also includes the management, feeding and maintenance of the school's social media platforms (content creation and posting), as well as collaborating with the marketing and advertising teams to optimise outputs from the department.Requirements:Fluent in English Open, Honest and CommunicativeUnderstanding of school's daily operationsPassion for high quality education and hospitalityStrong communication skills (oral and written)Ability to work independently and manage time effectively DeterminationHighly valued attributes:Previous experience on school/university admissionsPrevious experience and academic background in the hospitality industryYoung, dynamic spiritSpeaking other foreign languages is a plus
