Most importantly, Le Wagon is a community of 26,000+ graduates from all walks of life, including career changers, digital nomads and many entrepreneurs - who've created 220+ tech startups and raised $1B+ and counting!Working closely with the Global Head of Sales & Admissions and Regional General Managers, you will play a central role in defining the strategy to attract top-talent students to join our Bootcamp while ensuring our processes adhere to the highest standards.You'll be responsible for defining the strategy and admissions processes for the regions, aligning them with global processes and guidelines, overseeing all admissions pipelines, as well as managing the admissions team members.Your Mission:Own the Cross-Regional Admissions PillarCollaborate with Regional Teams: Provide insights to inform the global business strategy for the region, driving growth and improvement initiatives.Define Regional Strategy: Work closely with the General Managers and Global Head of Sales & Admissions to define the strategy for the region and coordinate its implementation with the team.Manage Admissions Team: Oversee a team of cross-regional Admissions Managers, ensuring proper onboarding, performance, and work-life balance.Define Best Practices: Continuously define best practices for admissions execution together with global stakeholders and ensure their adherence by the team, providing support and monitoring their execution.Produce Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation on the Sales & Admissions process and key best practices to serve as a reference for all local teams.Identify Training Needs: Source, create, and deliver training sessions (e.g., webinars, short courses, reference materials).Coordinate Cross-Regional InitiativesOversee Sales Events: Ensure the replication of best practices, continuous improvement of content, and represent the company in key events.Support Operational Sales Efforts: Assist in operational tasks during peak moments (e.g., financing/invoicing, sales events, candidate interviews).Foster Collaboration with Marketing Teams: Collaborate and address pipeline bottlenecks, remove key applicant blockers, and create synergies.Coordinate Funding Partnerships: Coordinate with local teams the setup of funding partnerships to ensure applicants have necessary funding options and support other sales-driven partnerships.Overview Candidate PipelineOwn Key Admissions Metrics: Manage key admissions metrics for the regions, including apply-to-student conversion rate and drop rate.Oversee Pipeline Management: Ensure quality nurturing, interviews, contracts, and personal selling tactics within expected SLAs.Maintain Operational Volume: Execute a portion of admissions interviews to stay in touch with local markets and support the team during peak demand.Prepare Admissions Reports: Prepare insightful management metrics and student forecasts for global, regional, and city management.This is the role for you if:You have a background in Management, Marketing, or HR, with several years of previous sales experience (education or tech sector a plus)!You have experience managing fast-paced multicultural teams, particularly in sales.You are fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills; French (and/or) German is a significant plus.You are organized, rigorous, and reliable with exceptional attention to detail.
