Role:

Manage the agenda of the Board members'
Support in preparing meetings and the respective documentation
Planning and organising meetings and trips
Travel management, events and related logistics
Other tasks inherent to the position

Hard Skills:

Degree in Administration and Secretary (or similar)
Solid knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Knowledge of English

Excellent in organization and planning
High written and oral communication capability
Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit
Strong sense of confidentiality and ethics
