The Lakhani Group is a premier hotel development and construction company, known for delivering high-end hospitality projects.
We are seeking an organized and proactive Administrative Receptionist to join our team.
This role involves managing front desk operations, administrative tasks, and providing support to the human resources department.
Responsibilities: Front Desk Management: Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
Administrative Support: Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
Human Resources Support: Assist the HR department with on boarding, employee records management, and other HR-related tasks.
Scheduling and Coordination: Manage appointment schedules, conference room bookings, and event planning.
Phone and Email Communication: Answer incoming calls and emails, providing information and directing inquiries as necessary.
Office Supplies Management: Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring a well-stocked work environment.
Requisitos Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Portuguese .
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
