Administrative Human Resources Technician (M/F)

Responsibilities:

Participate in Recruitment, Selection, and Hiring processes;
Support in complying with the Training plan;
Support in complying with the Competency Allocation Process;
Assist in performance evaluation management, career plans, and succession plans, ensuring continuous improvement;
Support in booking travel and accommodation for the Group;
Other tasks inherent to the role.


Profile:

Degree in HR Management (eliminatory factor);
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;
Good organizational skills;
Clear communication;
Teamwork and cooperation;
Proactivity and resilience;
Flexibility and adaptability to change;
Positive interpersonal relationships;
Fluent in English (mandatory);
Proficiency in French;
Availability for travel;
