We are recruiting Administrative Assistant (Human Resources) .
Tasks:
¦Administrative Support for the Head of Unit;
¦ Providing support in the recruitment procedure: publishing calls for application; registering of incoming CVs; preparing flies for Selection;
¦ Board; drafting invitation letters for interviews; welcoming candidates;
¦ Drafting offer/ negative/ reserve list letters and informing candidates;
¦ Support to the next traineeship call for applications;
¦ Assisting in administrative tasks related to career, mainly the online induction programme;
¦ Assisting in administrative tasks related to training;
¦ Support to leave management;
¦ Support to contract renewals;
¦ Any other job-related task relevant for the Unit.
Requirements:
¦Minimum experience of up to 5 years in the area;
¦Minimum knowledge of spoken and written English level B1, B2;
¦Customer Oriented, Autonomous and Organized;
¦Ability to analyze and identify problems;
¦Ability to suggest and implement solutions to identified problems.
