It is fundamental to be a fluent english speaker, having great communication skills and some basic financial knowledge.
Principais responsabilidades Act as the main contact for clients and suppliers, handling communications with professionalism and efficiency. Support accounting tasks, ensuring accurate financial record-keeping. Use digital platforms to streamline task management and information organization. Oversee administrative functions to ensure the smooth running of the office. Provide general administrative assistance to the team as needed. Perfil desejado 2 years experience in an administrative role. Good accounting knowledge. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English - mandatory.
