The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the farm team reporting into the Farm Operations Manager. Responsibilities include: Finance related admin routine tasks (budget control, purchases, ERP inputs, etc) HR related routine tasks (e.G timesheets, leave processes, records, etc) HR related non-routine tasks (e.G. hiring of temp workers, onboardings, trainings, crew licenses, CV database, etc) Office site related tasks (e.G. supplies, cleaner, security, point with IT team, etc) Health & Safety related tasks (e.G organizing uniforms, medical exams, procedures & compliance records, etc) Special projects, depending on business needs and if full or part time set-up Your Profile Executive Administrative Assistance skills, with experience in a similar role being a plus Excellent organizational skills Attention to detail and time management skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ERP input Fluent in both Portuguese and English We are open to adjust scope/workload if the right candidate needs a part-time or reduced schedule Start date: October 1st desirable #J-18808-Ljbffr
