We're a leading digital car trader operating across 23 countries, helping dealers enhance their acquisitions with a high recovery rate. Our online solution, Cars2view, powered by AI & DATA, provides invaluable insights into market trends and product demand, empowering informed decisions.
Position Purpose:
The Sales Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team, processing sales orders, and maintaining accurate sales records. This role ensures the smooth operation of the sales department, helping to drive efficiency and support the company's cross-border used car sales platform.
Key Responsibilities:

Sales Order Processing:

Process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely entry into the company's CRM or sales management system.
Coordinate with logistics and finance teams to ensure the timely delivery of products and accurate invoicing.
Track and monitor order statuses, providing updates to the sales team and customers as needed.


Customer Support:

Handle customer complaints or issues, coordinating with the relevant departments to ensure a prompt resolution.
Maintain customer records and update the CRM system with relevant information to support ongoing sales activities.


Sales Documentation and Reporting:

Prepare and maintain sales documentation, including contracts, proposals, and sales reports.
Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and materials for meetings and client interactions.
Generate regular sales reports, tracking key metrics such as sales performance, order volumes, and customer feedback.


Collaboration and Coordination:

Work closely with the logistics and administration teams to ensure alignment on sales activities and customer requirements.



Skills:

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused approach.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English, other languages are advantageous.
Work permit for Portugal is mandatory.

Conditions:

Monday to Friday schedule from 08:00h to 17:00h on-site.
Full time contract.

Salary & Benefits:

1000€ gross salary.
9,60€ meal allowance.
Public transportation card allowance (Navegante Lisboa / Navegante Municipal).
