About The Role: The Admin Assistant will be responsible for managing and coordinating office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to staff and executives, assist in daily office needs, and manage our company's general administrative activities.
Your Responsibilities: Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office operations run smoothly Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and presentations Manage correspondence, including emails, memos, and letters Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed Ensure the office environment is professional, organized, and welcoming What our Client is Looking For: Proven experience as an Office Admin Specialist, Administrative Assistant, or Office Manager Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
