Location: Lisbon, City Center
Role Overview: As a Customer Success Representative, you will play a pivotal role as the first point of contact for advertisers and agencies using our advertising platform. You will assist them in resolving technical issues, reporting bugs, and providing guidance to ensure optimal use of our services.
Compensation & Benefits:
Training Program: 15 working days, 8 hours per day, scheduled between 08:30h and 09:30h, in English. Compensation: 106.80 EUR per week.
Salary Options:
1411.05 EUR gross/month, including base salary, Christmas and Holiday bonuses, plus Food allowance.
1119.39 EUR gross/month, including room allowance, base salary, Christmas and Holiday bonuses, plus Food allowance.

Schedule:
Hours: 40 hours/week, 8 hours per day with a 1-hour lunch break.
Shifts: Monday to Sunday, 7:00 am to 0:00 am (rotational shifts).
Days Off: 2 days off per week, determined by the shift manager. Shift schedules are provided 4 weeks in advance.

Relocation Package:
Airport pick-up and administrative assistance with registration in Portugal.

Accommodation: You will have the option to reside in a fully equipped and furnished company-rented apartment for at least the first 14 months. All expenses (water, gas, electricity, cable TV, internet) are covered by the company within reasonable usage limits. Apartments are typically located 20-60 minutes away from the workplace. Upon arrival, basic amenities such as bedsheets, pillows, and towels will be provided.
