What we're looking for We're thrilled to announce a new Ad Operations Executive (Ad Ops Executive) position within our Operations team, focused on supporting our global gaming clients. As part of our expansion plans, we've recently opened a new entity in the Philippines, and we're seeking a talented candidate to join us in our exciting growth journey.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with a highly efficient team based in the UK, serving and tracking online advertising across thousands of gaming websites. You'll also forge strong relationships with advertising agency technical teams to ensure their campaigns are delivered flawlessly.
As an AdOps Executive, you'll analyse and optimise campaigns to ensure maximum return on investment for our advertisers. You'll have the chance to work with cutting-edge adtech tools and technologies, gaining valuable industry knowledge and experience.
We're looking for a candidate with a strong background in ad operations, as well as a passion for the gaming industry. The ideal candidate will be able to work US hours (EST) and can be based in our BGC, Metro Manila, office (with hybrid working).

Responsibilities:
Management of a campaign from start to finish
Troubleshoot technical issues both internally and with key vendors.
Ensure the team traffics ad campaigns within SLA across Google Ad Manager, Xandr and Aniview
Requirements:
Team player
1-2+ years of ad trafficking experience
Excellent verbal/written communication
Highly numerical
Hardworking & fast learner
Additional languages are a plus
Experience with different ad serving platforms (GAM, Xandr, Rubicon, etc) is a plus
