.Help at our Yoga, Wellness & Permaculture Centre (Portugal) Our boarding house features 3 shared rooms, full bathrooms, a big open kitchen, and a long living room with 5 beds. Minimum stay is 1 month. Basic Information Namaste beautiful people! We offer a cosy, drug and smoke-free environment to share holistic therapies such as Ayurveda, dance, music, cocoa ceremony, Temazcal, tantra, and massage. We are looking for holistic therapy animators and about 5 Panchama caretaker volunteers. We provide vegan garden food and dorm sleeping. Our center is not a business; we offer food, accommodation, and seminars in exchange for caring for our facilities and sharing skills. Work Activities Work activities include: Guiding our group wellness sessions Mosaic Alfresco lime wall painting Refurbishing our pool General maintenance of our 3 buildings Installing a rooftop fitness area Rainwater recuperation Cleaning common areas We accommodate our volunteers in our 2 dormitory rooms (4 double beds). Food is left to the care of our guests. Both a traditional wood oven and a gas oven and range are available for cooking in an outdoor setting. The tap water is drinkable. In our bio permaculture 1000m2 garden, we grow fresh herbs, vegetables, and fruits. A little after sunrise, we meet for an energy circle, share our feelings, and start a morning holistic health session, followed by breakfast. We then plan the day's work and other holistic health sessions. We have 3 shared bathrooms and 2 shared kitchens for a maximum of 9 volunteers. We brew Kombucha, bake fermented bread and bruschetta using whole wheat, corn flours, seeds, etc. We also provide rice and lentils to complete a healthful vegan Ayurvedic diet. Getting There Faro Airport (IATA: FAO) is located 4 km (2.5 mi) west of Faro in Portugal. There are 3 buses a day from Olhao, plus a 15-minute walk, or you can use Uber. Males & Females welcome.
