Accounts Receivable Team Leader - Porto

We are hiring an Accounts Receivable Team Leader to join the Shared Services team in Oporto.
Responsibilities: Assure service quality and KPIs of the accounts receivable team under their responsibility;Supervise team performance levels and promote employee training;Document and review processes with team members; evaluate current processes for efficiencies, up to and including evaluating our current environment/tools for best practices;Actively monitor outstanding balances for customers and direct follow-up efforts to collect on outstanding balances in a timely manner;Perform backup duties and operational issue resolution, as needed.Profile: Degree in Economics or Management;Minimum of 3+ years of Accounts Receivable and Collections experience;Previous experience managing and/or supervising a team is mandatory;Strong commitment, motivation, and high enthusiasm;Advanced Knowledge in SAP and MS Office tools (mainly MS Outlook and Excel);Excellent English skills in speaking and writing;Team player with a good sense for different company/country cultures.Making it work.We deeply believe that our people are crucial to our success.
